Muse Residences Now Complete

The 50 story Muse Residences in Sunny Isles Beach is now completed and buyers have begun closing units. 

Developed by Property Markets Group and S2 Development, Muse Residences broke ground in September 2015 and topped off January 2017 with spectacular ocean views and views of Sunny Isles Beach and Downtown Miami. 

With only 68 residential units, Muse Residences was designed by Carlos Ott and Sieger Suerez Architects.

With only 68 residences, the 52 story Muse Residences in Sunny Isles Beach is almost completed and ready to open.

The project broke ground September 2015 and reached the 37th floor in September 2016 before topping off in January 2017 with incredible views of Sunny Isles Beach and Downtown Miami.

Muse Residences was developed by Property Markets Group and S2 Development and designed by Carlos Ott and Sieger Suerez Architects.

The 51 story Muse Residences in Sunny Isles is getting closer to completion.

Designed by Carlos Ott and Sieger Suarez Architects, the twisting tower topped off a year ago. 

With only 68 residences, Muse Residences is being developed by Property Markets Group and S2 Development.

Along Collins Avenue from 158th Street to 192nd Street on what used to be called motel row, the 1.5 miles stretch of Sunny Isles Beach has transformed over years with new high rises. 

Recent additions the skyline include the 32 story Chateau Beach, 43 story Regalia and the 47 story Mansions of Acqualina. Further North is the 60 story Porsche Design Tower where you are able to park your car in your living room.

Current skyscrapers under construction include the 51 story twisting Muse Residences and three buildings away the 57 story Jade Residences designed by Herzog & de Meuron. New additions also include the 56 story Residences by Armani Casa, which is expected to be completed by 2019.

2017 marks the 20th anniversary of incorporating the name Sunny Isles Beach from Sunny Isles.

At the end of January, we showed the views from the topped out 51 story Muse Residences in Sunny Isles Beach.

With only 68 residential units, the tower, which twists at the top half of the building is continuing to take shape and changing the skyline along the beach. Glass is being installed on the lower portion of the building where the robotic car garage will be.

Construction is expected to be completed by October/November of this year.

Muse Residences in Sunny Isles Beach has topped out on Friday, January 20th at 51 stories and 659 feet after breaking ground in September 2015. 

The Carlos Ott and Sieger Suarez Architects designed building has its full twist at the top portion of the tower that faces South, while the lower portion twists to the North.

With only 68 residential units, Muse Residences features a robotic parking garage.

Construction is expected to be completed by October/November of this year.

Muse Residences in Sunny Isles Beach has reached the 41st floor and is only six floors away from topping out at 47 stories.

The twist at the upper portion of the Carlos Ott and Sieger Suarez designed building is more apparent in the latest photos. 

With only 68 residential units, Muse Residences is should top out before the end of the year and be completed by the end of 2017.
